Panel cutting

8 parts included, $6 per extra part. 10+ sheets: $40 / sheet.
Edge banding
$1.50 / ft
Standard PVC and in-stock colors. Premium ABS $2.50 / ft. Minimum $2 per edge.
Material
supplier + 20%
We buy the panel for you and add a flat 20%. The supplier price is shown, always.
CNC routing

Questions
Can I bring my own panels?+
Yes. Choose "my material" on any line and tell us the sheet size. Customer material is processed as is; we are not responsible for defects, warping or damage already in the panel.
Can I bring my own edge tape?+
No. All tape is supplied by Corta so the edge bander runs with the right thickness and glue every time. Standard PVC, in-stock colors and premium ABS are on the price list.
How do you count sheets?+
The tool estimates sheets from the total part area plus 15% waste. You can raise the number, not lower it. We confirm the real count after nesting and adjust before charging.
How fast?+
3 to 5 business days after approval and material on site. Rush in 48 hours for +30% on services.
What tolerance?+
Plus or minus 1/32 in (0.8 mm). Replacements are guaranteed on material supplied by Corta.
How do I pay?+
60% deposit when we confirm the order, 40% at pickup. Card link, Zelle or check.
